JW Marriott Indianapolis, Indiana

Big Data Innovation

Innovation is the theme of the 6th annual Indy Big Data Conference. IDC (International Data Corporation) predicts revenue from the sales of big data and business analytics applications, tools, and services will skyrocket more than 50% from nearly $122 billion in 2015 to more than $187 billion in 2019. The biggest innovations in healthcare technology are expected to be IoT, automation, artificial intelligence, augmented and virtual reality as well as wireless 5G, all of which will be showcased at the 2019 Indy Big Data Innovation conference. Forecasters predict that finance, banking, insurance and government are the sectors best poised to substantially profit from innovation in big data. For the remaining sectors, big data is still big business provided teams are recruiting the right talent and mining the correct data to secure the insights they seek.

Come to the conference to learn about the latest innovations in big data and find out how your business or organization can best profit from the insights.

Data Architecture Summit More Info

The Data Architecture Summit will cover the most important issues and technologies enabling the design and management of modern Data and Analytics Architectures.

Data Architecture has long been at the intersection of business and technology. The role of the Data Architect is to interpret the language and objectives of business sponsors into designs that can be implemented by the technical experts and vice versa, they translate system designs and technological capabilities to the needs of the organization. Recently, this job has become more challenging (and interesting!) with the emergence of Big Data, the Cloud, Data Science, new Database technologies, and Data Governance.

The goal of the Data Architecture Summit is to provide a comprehensive educational program that defines the essential elements of a modern Data Architecture, and explains how you can create it for your own organization. Whether you’re looking to build or buy your new architecture, the Data Architecture Summit will provide the essential knowledge and language to understand the options. If you know you need to re-tool or upgrade your current architecture, attend this event and you’ll leave with a comprehensive understanding of your technology and design options and real-world advice on planning a smooth migration from industry professionals.

DG Vision is the first of our Data Governance conferences to be located in Washington, D.C. As with all of our educational programs, the emphasis will be on peer-to-peer sharing of practical experiences through case studies. This focus will be complemented by the foremost experts adding insights and authority through in-depth tutorials and workshops.

Being in the nation’s capital, the event will include a special focus on the subject matter needs of government agencies, including a dedicated track and specific networking sessions for federal employees to meet face to face.

We know Data Governance and Stewardship are business functions first, so this four-day event will look outward to the broader business world, and not just inward to the IT and data communities. With exciting keynotes, thought-provoking case studies and workshops, and dozens of networking opportunities, attendees will return home with new insights, strategies, and professional connections.
